How do I order a custom set?

Head to the Custom Orders page, fill out the form with your shape, length, vibe, and any inspo — and I'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with a quote and timeline.

Can I order a set I saw in the gallery?

Yes! Every nail design featured in the Gallery is a past look I made for myself or custom for someone else. Just click on the 'Custom Orders' tab, pick your sizes, let me know which nails peeked your interest and I'll make it fresh for you.

Question 3

Do you take rush orders?

Sometimes! Reach out via the Custom Orders form and mention your deadline. Rush orders may have an additional fee depending on turnaround time needed.

Can I request a design I don't see in the gallery?

Absolutely — that's what the Custom Orders page is for. Bring a reference photo, a vibe description, or just a feeling and I'll make it work.

Question 5

How do I find my nail sizes?

Grab a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper and measure the widest part of each nail in millimeters. I'll match each nail to the closest size in the set. When in doubt, size up — you can always file down, but you can't add width.

What sizes do you offer?

Each set comes in XS, S, M, L, and XL across all 10 nails. If you have unusual sizing (very wide or very narrow nails), mention it in your order notes and I'll do my best to accommodate.

What if a nail doesn't fit perfectly?

A little filing goes a long way! Use a nail file to gently shape the sides for a snug fit. If something is way off, message me and I'll sort it out.

How do I apply press-on nails?

Clean and buff your natural nails, push back cuticles, and wipe with rubbing alcohol. Apply a glue tab or nail glue to your natural nail, press the set on at a slight angle from the cuticle, and hold for 10–15 seconds. Done!

How long do they last?

With glue tabs: 3–5 days. With nail glue: 1–2 weeks, sometimes longer with proper prep. Avoid soaking your hands and they'll last even longer.

How do I remove them without damage?

Soak your nails in warm soapy water for 10–15 minutes, then gently wiggle the press-on from the side. Never force or rip them off. Cuticle oil helps too.

Can I reuse them?

Yes, if you use glue tabs! Peel off the old tab, clean the back of the nail, and apply a fresh one. Glue-applied sets are harder to reuse but sometimes possible if removed carefully. Do not use Acetone or it will compromise the nail.

How long does it take to make my order?

Ready-to-ship sets go out within 2–3 business days. Custom sets take 5–10 business days depending on complexity. I'll always give you an estimated timeline when I confirm your order.

How will my order be packaged?

Sets are packed in resealable bags with glue tabs, nail glue, mini nail file, cuticle pusher, and alcohol swab. Everything you need to get started.

How do I take care of my press-ons?

Avoid prolonged water exposure, harsh chemicals, and picking at the edges. Wear gloves for dishes and cleaning. A little cuticle oil around the edges daily helps keep them looking fresh.

Will they chip or break?

Accepted Answer

Press-ons are more durable than regular polish but not indestructible. Treat them like you would a gel manicure — no using your nails as tools!

Can I paint over them?

Accepted Answer

You can! Use a regular nail polish or gel polish on top. Avoid acetone-based removers when taking off the nails or their paint. I recommend filing off the previous color, if possible, to provide a smooth thin base.
